Centrum Bank (Switzerland) AG is a private bank under Swiss law established in 2009 with a solid financial basis. It is a legally autonomous, 100% subsidiary of Centrum Bank AG in Vaduz, which is one of the leading banks in the Principality of Liechtenstein. The ownership of privately-held Centrum Bank AG in Vaduz is stable and clear. The majority of shares are controlled by the Marxer family. For three generations already, members of the Marxer family have been active in the corporate group of which Centrum Bank AG is a part.
As a pure private bank, Centrum Bank (Switzerland) focuses on the core competences of discretionary portfolio management and investment advisory services. Our staff members are proven specialists with many years of experience in private banking and the Swiss financial center.
As needed, we draw on experts in tax, legal, and other financial and business questions from within the corporate group's competence center or externally.
Our headquarters are in the exclusive Seefeld neighbourhood of Zurich. The Neo-Baroque upper-class villa typical of Zurich represents our philosophy: Exclusive private banking with tradition, in a very personal environment. Friedrich Wehrli, one of the best-known villa architects of the city, built the house on Bellerivestrasse at the beginning of the 20th century, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Zurich and surrounded by generous park and quay facilities.
